REC - Recreation & Equestrian Coalition

Mission Statement  - The mission of the Recreation and Equestrian Coalition (REC) is to inform the public and policy makers about access to and the use of diverse recreational opportunities available throughout Los Angeles County and the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area.  REC will protect and defend the region’s rich natural diversity and promote public/private partnerships to preserve and expand visitor-serving recreational facilities.  REC is a 501(c)3 tax deductible, charitable/educational organization.
